Intro. What is transaction. Two types - simple and smart. Who assigns a fee. Who accepts tx with fees.

• get txFee for simple transaction (sending some ETH without smart contracts)
  • get 21000 price with prooflink, why 21000?
  • calculate lowest fee - is 0 fee is accepted (prooflink)
  • 21000*gasprice = fee ETH --
• make it simple live instrument

How tx are selected. Future research - mempool monitoring, looking at what was available and what was selected based. Is there any txFee correlation involved. What miners / pools are most greedy?

What percentage of empty blocks are mined? Are they profitable?
