couldn't find the tuples which are inserted after have been deleted

example:
step 1: insert (2,'abc')
step 2: select (2,'abc') , get the result ,ok
step 3: delete(2,'abc')
step 4: select (2,'abc') , couldn't get the result, ok
step 5: insert (2,'abc')
step 6: select (2,'abc') , couldn't get the result, error

so couldn't find the tuples which are inserted after have been deleted
may be problem due to the delete filter.
