is.complete instead of is_complete

Hello,

Thanks for this package, really gives a nice start for validation rules.

But the rules ```validatesuggest::write_all_suggestions()``` generates contain "is.complete", which rather should be "is_complete". Maybe the validate package changed that between some versions.
