It would be nice if you could force use a specific Cachetool version on the target system instead of only installing a specific version if Cachetool is not installed yet. This helps to align your local and remote environments and to have full version control. Furthermore, it would be comfortable to not have to increase the default version manually but to fallback to "latest" always.
