Download / Cache detailed team data

From what i can see this is only used in update_players.py to build rosters.  This is interestingly enough also in [nfldb](https://github.com/derek-adair/nfldb/blob/master/nfldb/team.py).  Which really shows the need to closely examine the relationship between nflgame and nfldb.
