Order not working

At this moment, options.order is not working. I have seen that sort function is using options.toc instead.

Is there a different way to handle it? I can create a PR.

I think I can remove this option. If I do read this right -> https://github.com/documentationjs/documentation/blob/master/docs/CONFIG.md than all you have to do, is to put a documentation.yml in the source folder. Is that true?

Ok, better idea is to change it to the toc option. It's more flexible. Can you send a PR?
