Bug Description:

The Show Chats... button still displays the active session even after it has been removed. Removing the session leaves the Chat view with an unusable chat session, as you can no longer send requests with it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new chat session.
2. Send a request to make it appear in the "Show Chats..." list.
3. Remove the active session.
4. Try to send another request.

Result:
An error notification appears because the active chat session no longer exists.
