Using png/item assets for quest markers

I would lIke to use image assets for Quest markers. Since it seems that Quests isn't able to do that. I want to use Bendy's Quest markers which were made to work with BetonQuests. Since I only use Quests I have been trying to figure out how to do this.

Quests does not use EffectLib for particle effects (pretty sure that's a hologram, anyway).
