Expected Behavior
In 8b4a97c (via #41514), the behavior of app.getGpuInfo('complete') changed from loading once and returning cached result to requesting the latest GPU info every time.
This behavior change caused issues for code that depended on the previous caching behavior.
Actual Behavior
This change was not mentioned in Electron 30 release notes. 😢
