I upgraded it to version 3.3.0. Same result even though the device is connected. I used tcpdump -n udp port 47809 -X command to monitor the udp traffic. I uploaded the captured traffic file here for your analysis.

AI is belong to another sites. No BBMD device in the site. If we connect to the site via BBMD, does Neuron support it?

I analyzed your packet capture file and found that the packet was sent to BBMD. Since the neuron is a PTP packet, you can change the configured IP to the device's IP, such as 10.168.25.169, to see if the data can be read。

@davidfungf As far as I know, BBMD is a broadcast forwarding function between different subnets, and does not have a network routing function, or does it need to be configured with routing function.

Currently, we are using enteliWeb to read the BMS devices. We want to replace it by Neuro but I don't know how enteliWeb do it.
