Wrong link title in `scripts/js-api/README.md` in react-native repository

Description

The scripts/js-api README references a package name/link mismatch for the Flow→TypeScript converter: the link text says "flow-api-extractor" but the URL points to the "flow-api-translator" package. The link text should be changed to point to the correct package.

(I'm sorry, if this is the wrong place to report, but at the react-native repository, there is no way to report documentation issues. I am aware, this repository is concerning the web documentation, but I hope the report helps to improve anyway)

I'm unsure what I am supposed to do here. Since this is a (minor) issue in the documentation, there is no reproduction I could provide. How should I procede with this?
