Add an optional Deply architecture baseline?

Would you be open to a small, opt-in Deply baseline for the template?

The proposed PR would change only two files:

• Add a root deply.yaml, copied from the published template recipe.
• Add these short README commands:

uvx --from deply==1.0.0 deply validate --config=deply.yaml
uvx --from deply==1.0.0 deply analyze --parallel --config=deply.yaml

There would be no CI, application code, pyproject.toml, uv.lock, pre-commit, dependency, or generated-file changes.

I tested the recipe against commit c350936d2888ef16ff4f5549684fd8db54935a89:

• validation and analysis both exit with code 0
• 509 dependencies analyzed
• zero violations
• pairwise-disjoint layer counts: interface 29, data 25, infrastructure 18, bootstrap 6

The configuration describes the template’s current pragmatic Active Record-style architecture; it is not a Clean Architecture claim. It intentionally permits routes to use data/infrastructure code and preserves the existing data–infrastructure coupling.
