Move all features connected to V.9 of a2a protocol to separate branch #786

I was testings examples that belongs to new V.9 version that is still draft version.
I was thinking why I couldn't import PromptBuilder class from genui: 0.7.0 in my custom app If I have seen it in the source of GoogleGenerativeAiClient
Describe the solution you'd like
Please move all code that belons to V.9 to separate git branch
