Sytem prompt

A single-do-it-all system prompt that includes all:

• The PLAN.md & TODO.md prompt
• The problem variability prompt
• Maintenance prompts
  • Code maintainability prompt
  • Human readability prompt

Looping

Some kind of looping system (required by the "one system prompt")

UI

• Browser notifications (when AI is done, when potential user intervention (e.g. PLAN.md))
• Sidebar for showing documents (e.g. markdown like PLAN.md, <Choices>, ...)
• Buttons (i.e. prompt presets):
  • [Research] ("research alternative implementations", triggers the problem variability prompt)
  • [Maintenance] (triggers the maintenance prompts)

UI slices are basically done:

• browser notifications feat(framework): dashboard browser notifications for run-end + choice gates (#317) #318 (merged)
• document sidebar feat(framework): dashboard document sidebar rendering PLAN.md / TODO.md (#319) #320 (merged)
• autopilot countdown now has a headless test test(framework): headless smoke for the plan-approval autopilot countdown (#311) #321 (merged)

That leaves two MVP items and both need you:

1. Preset buttons [Research] / [Maintenance]. The UI is trivial, but the buttons just fire prompts and I do not want to invent the wording. Can you drop the actual text for the problem-variability prompt and the maintenance prompts (code maintainability + human readability)? Same text feeds the single system prompt, so writing it once covers both.

2. Looping. Still marked TODO/rom here. Whenever you have done the deep-dive, I will build it.

I suggest also custom prompts, so that the user can define his own prompts. (Persisted at .the-frameworks/prompts.md, once we implemented the DB via .md files idea, for both "Project DB" and "User DB".)

Custom prompts at .the-framework/prompts.md make sense. I will wire that when the .md DB (#313) lands.

For the MVP buttons though I still need your actual wording for the built-in [Research] and [Maintenance] prompts. I do not want to invent it. Drop the text here and I will ship the buttons the same day.
