Describe the bug
I get the "✗ You are not authorized to use this Copilot feature, it requires an enterprise or organization policy to be enabled" Error every time I start copilot, I can see that it is enabled in the seetings and it ussually works after waiting 30 minutes. But it is extremely frustrtaing to have to wait that long every time.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Start copilot.
Trying to write anything will result in that error.
