Questions are truncated after 1.0.6 update

Describe the bug

Copilot CLI sometimes asks a question (e.g., inside a planning mode for clarification) to the user. The questions are now truncated at the terminal size after v1.0.6 update, disallowing me to capture the full context before answering to it.

1.0.6

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Ask the Copilot "Can you ask me a very long question using user ask tool?"

Expected behavior

The questions are fully shown to users
