Dovecot certificate/key

When deploying the dovecot mail server, for ssl_cert I use /etc/letsencrypt/live/my.server.dom/fullchain.pem and for ssl_key I use /etc/letsencrypt/live/my.server.dom/privkey.pem and this works well.

Can the certificates generated by lego be used as well? I use the --pem commandline flag, but I am not sure which of the entries in .lego/certificates to use.

I tried setting ssl_cert to /etc/lego/certificates/my.server.dom.crt and ssl_key to /etc/lego/certificates/my.server.dom.key and that seems to work. Note that the --pem flag is not necessary.
