Add working Lisp workspace to Learning project #156

Description

Description of the feature request:

Add a suitable Common Lisp workspace to the Learning project. There could even be a selection of Lisp varieties to choose from but Common Lisp is probably what's desired here?

A leading contender is Embeddable Common Lisp (ECL) which aims for full CL and runs in WASM.

I actually have a non-CL running (jimwhite#1) even though I asked Copilot specifically for CL it used SimpleLisp which isn't CL.

Hi Peters! @klutometis @norvig Any specific requests?

What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?

The material about Lisp should have a workspace that runs Lisp rather than Python as it does now (although at the last BALISP meeting Raph Levien commented that Python has become the popular version of Lisp ;-).

Any other information you'd like to share?
