[Bug]: S.M.A.R.T. data not automatically updated

After upgrading to 0.17.0, S.M.A.R.T. data is not getting updated automatically.

The "Updated" time stamps do not change. Reloading the web page does not help, but selecting "Refresh" from one of the disks in the list works as expected.

Restarting the Hub causes the data to be updated once, but not subsequently.

Expected Behavior

The S.M.A.R.T. data is updated a few times an hour.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade the Hub to 0.17.0, then upgrade the Agents.

View the S.M.A.R.T. data in either the System view or the new combined S.M.A.R.T. view.

This is the default behavior in 0.17.0 to avoid continuously waking disks. It updates each time an agent connects or reconnects, or on request. In practice the agent usually reconnects multiple times per day anyway.

If you want, we could allow users to pass in a cron expression on the hub side to update all devices in the background however often you'd like.

I think if S.M.A.R.T. failure alerts are an "advertised" feature, there should be some sort of regular check done so alerts get sent in a relatively timely fashion.

On Ubuntu Server, for example, just installing smartmontools results in checks every 30 minutes, though alerts aren't sent without additional configuration.

Some mechanism to configure regular checks would be great.
