If something fails, tell user to close all programs and prompt if they want to retry

Failures can happen if a file is currently blocked by another process, so if it is in use.

At the moment, if some parts could not be moved, it will just prompt the user if they wish to restore everything back to how it was.

Also consider using `open <path to failed folder>` to open the user's file explorer.
