Server worked for a day, crashed, now won't start again.

I'm sure this probably a Minecraft problem and not a docker-minecraft-server problem - but thought I'd start here just in case. I got everything set up for my niece and nephew's java server using this, and everything was going well until a random crash last night. I checked this afternoon and after doing a compose down, then back up, then checking the logs - I'm seeing this as the bottom:

I tried upping the RAM for the container with:

deploy:
      resources:
        limits:
          memory: 8g
        reservations:
          memory: 2g

but that didn't help anything. Looking at system resources for the host, everything together isn't going over 6gb.

Any tips on how to start troubleshooting this?

You also need to increase the JVM heap memory:
