Article View: Scrolling up and down increasingly cuts the top of the article

Problem

Scrolling down and then up repeatedly when reading an article, increasingly cuts the top portion.

Steps

1. Open a long article.
2. Title and date are fully visible now.
3. Scroll down a few times.
4. Scroll up to the top again.
5. The title is not fully visible as before.
6. Repeat scrolling down more and then up to top again.
7. The top gets cut more and more.

Expected behavior

Scrolling should not cut away the top portion

@rpattabi thanks for the bug report. I've seen this too when navigating to a separate app and coming back to an open article. I'll investigate further.

@rpattabi I reworked how articles are displayed recently. Please let me know if you still notice this behavior going forward.
