Description
We would like to add a mechanism to allow message body compression and decompression, triggered by a Content-Encoding message attribute.

In order to get this release ready, we need to break apart the existing IMessageSerialiser interface so that we separate where we get the message body and necessary message attributes from where we do the serialization.
