Scope of your request
The fact that the default image is not the latest minor version of k3s 1.31 causes problems for cni path configuration in Istio.
In the latest versions of k3s, the path of cni binaries has been changed (k3s-io/k3s#10868). Can we update the docker image to the latest version when creating a cluster?
$ k3d version
k3d version v5.8.3
k3s version v1.31.5-k3s1 (default)
The default version is v1.31.5-k3s1 it should be v1.31.11-k3s1.

Bump version of k3s image to the latest minor i.e : rancher/k3s:v1.31.11-k3s1
