Fork: LLM Council but using Cursor CLI so that you can run it on your codebase + enable tool access

1. OpenRouter API only allows tool calls, so if you ask What is the best coding model as of Nov, 2025? for example, it won't know because it doesn't have web search tool.
2. Would be nice to run an LLM Council on your Code for better plans / analysis / etc.

To improve, replaced the OpenRouter API back-end with Cursor CLI (which takes model as command line arguments):
