Error when asking a question: “Stage 3 final consult answered… unable to generate final synthesis”

I am running into the following issue.

As soon as I asked my question, I received this error message:

Stage 3 final consult answered.
Chairman: gemini-3-pro-preview
Error: unable to generate final synthesis.

I have purchased credit on openrouter.

I have added key to .env
(OPENROUTER_API_KEY="sk-or-v1-******************************"

.env is in root directory

I checked openrouter & looks like there is no activity. Not sure what to do :(
