Copy Anchors tool requested option: respect italic slant angle in source/destination.

It is possible with the Copy Anchors tool to copy between upright and italic sources. But when e.g. copying from an upright to an italic source like this

the anchors end up aligned as they are in the upright source. It would be nice to have an option to take italic slant angle into account, so that anchors are appropriately offset relative to slanted sidebearings.

Italic angle should be added by hand using the spinbox provided. Checkbox should be checked for italic fonts/layers. Unfortunately no auto nor smart stuff. I am not willing to risk detecting if the layer is italic or the actual angle using FL - does not wield good results :/ Please test and let me know if it fails.
