Allow communicating with self-signed certificates #154
Description
I have an OTEL Collector that I have configured with a self-signed certificate. Even though I have added the certificate to my system's trust store, I still get tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority. I also can't use the --insecure flag, as that seems to break it.
If it isn't possible to use the OS trust store, I would like to be able to specify a CA certificate to trust to resolve this issue.
