Mysqldump issues when doing php artisan schema:dump

I get an error when doing php artisan schema:dump on php: 8.4 appserver. It might be an issue in php plugin since it worked in 8.3 version

Also, this should be considered (which is already a problem in php8.3 images and I just stumbled upon it)
https://ddev.com/blog/mariadb-dump-breaking-change/ which means mysqldump must be included in laravel/php image instead of mariadb dump
