[Docs] Be Recognized card background illustration is misaligned compared to other resource cards

Current Behavior

The background illustration in the "Be Recognized" card appears misaligned and peeks out behind the content, unlike the other resource cards whose background illustrations remain properly centered within the card.

Expected Behavior

The background illustration should be positioned consistently with the other cards and should not appear visually offset or protrude behind the content.
