[maybe] test on Googles Coral SBC

Predicated on Google not in the process of EOL on it. I have a 5-6 year old version of their SBC here.

• flash a fresh ssd and install and validate basic_bot with both USB and ribbon cable
• verify opencv works for capture
• verify daphbot_due uploads and installs
• write a new docs/Installation\ Guides/installing_on_pi4bullseye or such
