Add Valkey Support

Hi team,

While doing some research, I discovered that Valkey has been gaining significant popularity as a high-performance caching database. I wanted to ask whether there are any existing plans to add Valkey support to this library.

If Valkey integration is not already being worked on or assigned, I would be happy to take ownership of implementing it.

Please let me know your thoughts, or if there are any guidelines I should follow before starting.
