I am an Information Technology professional with over ten years of experience in business intelligence projects and business performance indicators (KPI's) identification.

I have experience in business analysis and innovation. Work in growth processes or maximizing operational and strategic results for companies, together with businesses process automation (BPM).

I'm not afraid of solving challenges, and that's why I always seek to undertake within companies and organizations, from the creation and improvement of products, services, and processes, thus improving the methods used by the team of people and customers.
