Android: Force hardware decode not working

When I try using Force hardware decode on my Siyi UNIRC7 it fails to show any video. Whereas video does work with default encoder, but it is laggy with software decider.

The controller is running android 13. Chip is Qualcomm Xiaolong eight nuclear CPU

Here is the QGC log with Video logging turned on.

Also FYI: Using default video decoder priority does correctly select a hardware decoder for this hardware controller setup.

Yeah, I reproduced the issue on another device and will fix it as soon as possible.
