RC Channel Monitor Duplicate Bubbles #13720

Apparently this is possible somehow, looks like it needs bounds checks:
"Channel 6 bubble is on 5 and channel 5 bubble is off the bar. When they are zero, they go off the bar
For channel 9, it looks like both bubbles are shifting, but one is only moving actually. The channel 10 bubble is on bar 9
It's simply a visual issue. The radio tab doesn't know how to display a zero RC value"
