Paused stream sometimes does not continue at the point where it was stopped

Which channel does not work correctly?

Steps taken

1. pause a running stream
2. restart the paused stream.

Expected behavior
The stream continues exactly at the paused point.

Actual behavior
The live stream resumes in the event of a longer pause in the current one.

However, this is not related to time shift. Although time-shifted television is dependent on the broadcaster, this phenomenon also occurs if there is still sufficient "rewind time" available.

I can't reproduce this issue. Which streams are you watching when this happens and how long is your pause? Is your screen on or do you use background playback?
