Add Shape Scaling Options (Min & Max Presets)

Current Behavior

Shapes can only be scaled up using a single fixed maximize option. There is no flexibility to choose different scale levels or to scale down.

Desired Behavior

Provide a range of scaling presets (e.g., 0.5×, 1×, 2×, 3×) allowing users to both minimize and maximize shapes. Scaling should maintain proportions and update the shape preview accordingly.
