Steps to reproduce

1. Have a multi monitor setup with different heights for the bottom border of the monitors like this:

2. configure mouse without borders such that the multi monitor system is at the top and another system is below like this:

(Desktop-*** has the four monitors, ***949 is a laptop without external screen)
3. moving the mouse to the bottom of Desktop-*** screen 1, 2 or 3 does not switch over to the laptop. Only on screen 4 I'm able to push the mouse to the laptop. Moving up from the laptop works flawless.

✔️ Expected Behavior

No matter on which monitor of a device which is a top row device in mouse without borders one pushes the cursor over the bottom border, the cursor moves to the bottom row device.

❌ Actual Behavior

The cursor only moves to the bottom row device when moving the mouse to the lowest screens bottom border.
