Describe the bug

I tried building my MSIX on a fresh buildserver and got the error

Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools.MSIX.Pri.targets(838,5): error MSB4044: The "WinAppSdkGenerateProjectPriFile" task was not given a value for the required parameter "ProjectPriIndexName".

Pointing to the following build files:

  <!--
  The _SplitResourcesPri target handles the splitting of sideload resource files
  from the main package into separate files based on a provided configuration.

  Key Actions:
    - Invokes the WinAppSdkGenerateProjectPriFile task to create a new PRI file using specified parameters,
      including paths for input and output files.
    - Clears any existing entries in the _AppxBundleSplitResourcesGeneratedFiles item group.
    - Reads a list of generated resource files from the specified path, if it exists,
      and outputs the lines into the _AppxBundleSplitResourcesGeneratedFiles item group.
-->

                            ProjectDirectory="$(AppxLayoutDir)"
                            OutputFileName="$(AppxBundleSplitResourcesPriPath)"
                            GeneratedFilesListPath="$(AppxBundleSplitResourcesGeneratedFilesListPath)"

                            IntermediateExtension="$(AppxIntermediateExtension)"
                            AdditionalMakepriExeParameters="$(AppxGenerateProjectPriFileAdditionalMakepriExeParameters)"
                            AppxBundleAutoResourcePackageQualifiers="$(AppxBundleAutoResourcePackageQualifiers)"

Any idea what I need to set to get it to work?
