Any imported model is black/New Tanks parts invisible

Exporting any tank as a 2014 FBX makes its FBX completely black when its reimported into TA, ive put them through blender with no success following the 2 tutorials posted on the dev youtube to no success. Any objects added to the tank in blender will showup on the FBX but be invisible on the model. I also have used the import and export blender plugin with no success either. Cannot figure out whats going on.

this specific one doesnt have it because i forgot but I have also used the exclamation point Turret! and the parts were still invisible

I really wanna get this working so any help is appreciated

Okay update, I was ready to just give up and wait for a response or fix but i figured id just write it to world of tanks anyways just to see and even with the black textures and the invisible parts in TA the parts showup in game, going to see if they can actually be textured though

When you import it has black textures or when you load from the game?
Sometimes when importing, some textures are black. I have been chasing this bug for a long time.
The logic is correct. A.I. agrees my code is correct so I can't fix it. Can't fix code that isn't broken.
