Hi,

I was wondering if there is the zebrafish TCR and Ig database on MiXCR. For example, when I download the database for human V genes I use:
repseqio fasta -s hsa -g VRegion default
What would be the equivalent command for zebrafish?

Hi, MiXCR does not have a build in reference for zebrafish, but if you have FASTA files with V,D and J genes sequences you can use mixcr buildLibrary to make a custom reference.
