The release track tier endpoints currently have limited filtering. Add support for searching objects within a single release track tier by object name or ATT&CK ID. It should also be possible to filter the tier lists by STIX object type, domain, and platform. This would help the UI show large candidate, staged, or member lists without needing to do filtering client-side.
