Footer on the Webmaker hompage isn't completely responsive

I don't see an issue with this; Can you elaborate on what problem you're seeing?

@alanmoo the margin on the right (after the donate and thimble and x-ray goggles buttons) is less than that on the left (before legal and contact buttons), in the first and second images. They aren't centered properly.

The whole thing is centered properly, the "Thimble & X-Ray Goggles" button may be off-center though, throwing this off visually. PR welcome, though very low priority.

@alanmoo yes. The entire page is fine but the footer buttons aren't.
I would love to open a PR but I am facing some issue with the set up. Do we have an IRC channel or a chat room that I could join and get this sorted?
