Common context actions

Transaction list

Menu

Search Allows to filter the list by category, amount, comment, payee/payer, date
Templates and plans Opens the list of templates and plans (recurring transactions)
Distribution Shows the distribution per category for different periods (days, weeks, months, years) or total. Uses side by side a list view and a pie chart.
Export and reset Allows to export to QIF or CSV and optionally delete the exported the data
Balance Reconcile with bank statement (http://code.gnucash.org/docs/C/gnucash-guide/txns-reconcile1.html)
Grouping Allows to group the list by day, week, month, year
