Common context actions

• Edit
• Delete

Transaction list

Menu

• Search Allows to filter the list by category, amount, comment, payee/payer, date
• Templates and plans Opens the list of templates and plans (recurring transactions)
• Distribution Shows the distribution per category for different periods (days, weeks, months, years) or total. Uses side by side a list view and a pie chart.
• Export and reset Allows to export to QIF or CSV and optionally delete the exported the data
• Balance Reconcile with bank statement (http://code.gnucash.org/docs/C/gnucash-guide/txns-reconcile1.html)
• Grouping Allows to group the list by day, week, month, year
• Print Exports the current visible list to a PDF file

Contextual menu

• Layer-list of and Save as template Derive a template from the selected transaction
• Clone Open form for new transaction with date filled in from selected transaction
• Transform to split Transform the selected transaction into a split transaction
• Layer-list of and Undelete The selected transaction that has previously been deleted (voided) undeleted, i.e. the void status removed.
