Implement AML parsing/execution/generation

This will be a significant task that should probably be broken down into a few pieces:

• Basic parsing of AML bytecode and structures
• Execution of that bytecode to determine the connections between GSI and hardware
• Generation of AML for the guest

This is needed to support PCI passthrough to the guest
