Talked with @maximelehericy about experiences demoing collectives during POCs and the idea of a beta program. We also had a look together at the current state.

When looking at the current state we mostly focused on the sidebar as Maxime said he often finds it hard to find information. The sidebar seemed somewhat overwhelming / too complex.

The double role of the landing page as both a page and the collective is also confusing. He liked the new recent pages and members sections.

I will try and describe the confusing aspects about the sidebar in more details in a collectives issue.

• https://github.com/nextcloud-gmbh/customer-feature-requests/issues/286 has a list of customers that might be interesting to communicate with.

Based on this we should talk to Fabian, Fyrus and Markus (in addition to Maxime who i already talked to).
