`vignettes/nflfastR.Rmd` needs updates

The core of the getting started vignette is several years old. It uses deprecated functions and should be reviewed

• avoid library(tidyverse)
• don't namespace ggplot2, it is ugly syntax
• remove calls to fast_scraper_schedules
• remove calls to fast_scraper_roster
• can we simplify the db section?
• if we move to duckdb in Should we move to duckdb as default DBI driver? #543, adjust db section acordingly
