Allow attributes to be excluded/hidden from signal definition #1009

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to be able define a view of an entity such as process which is tailored for an implementation ie Windows. In the case of windows entity the process.linux.cgroup attribute would be excluded.
Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to set the requirement level to excluded/hidden for an attribute which results in the attribute not being included in the resolved definition.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Removing the attributes from the base and adding it to a new view but this won't scale when it is needing to be added to more signals then removed. This would be the case for db/messaging spans.
