Improve Team leaderboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, while the curser changes when hovering over the (ingame) team leaderboard, nothing happens when clicking
Additionally, it is not possible to change the sorting

Describe the solution you'd like
It should focus on the team strongest player. Either most tiles or depending on the choosen sorting

Describe alternatives you've considered
Removing the cursor changes to make clear nothing should happen.

Additional context
I would like to try this, but have not done anything like this before.
